PJ's Coffee There are actually two locations for this great South East coffee chain but my favorite is the one located in the Shaw Center for the Arts complex in downtown Baton Rouge. It's got an absolutely beautiful corner view and I stop there whenever I'm downtown. The coffee is top notch also.
