ssprint, gallop and trot to the finish line at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo in hopes to claim the much-coveted ostrich egg trophy. Join Club South Runners at the Zoo for thier annual August race. The day also includes our children's half mile fun run before the main event so the whole family can participate. Registration may be done by mail or on race day. The organizers boast they have runners who have not missed a single year of this race Zoo Zoom is unique from other races simply for its location. Not often do you get to jog next to cheetahs, elephants and giraffes. Add something different to your work out routine with the Zoo Zoom!
