600 Main has been a big hit since opening in early 2008. They model their entertainment offerings toward sophisticated and sexy themed events pushing the boundaries of what most of us in Baton Rouge are used to. Venue amenities include a VIP section, a stage for their events and a near 40 foot bar.

The regular events fall in to combinations of the following:

Happy Hours at 4pm on weeknights.
90's Dance Nights
Strictly Salsa which offers dance lessons.
An International Dance party to the sounds of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton, Punta, Samba, Arabic, Bhangra, Reggae, and Dance.
Sexy Saturday Night Dance Party

Sepcial events include a Burlesque show called Fleur de Tease which occurs semi-monthly. Modern Burlesque is a glamorous revision of an event from the 19th century where beautiful women perform in risque outfits. There is also a regular fashion show where the beautiful show their stuff.

600 main is a much needed edition to the downtown Baton Rouge landscape.
