Featuring a wide array of wonderful Louisiana style dishes the Chimes is the must try restaurant if you're stoppng in to Baton Rouge. Everyone local knows and loves this restaurant for their great food and over 120 beers from around the world.

My favorite appetizer is the blackened alligator. The duck and sausage gumbo is also absolutely fabulous.
