A fairly new thing in Baton Rouge at the time of writing this they're getting impossible to ignore from a food lovers point of view. Every time I look up there's another food truck innovating the Baton Rouge restaurant industry and shaking things up. Here are the trucks we know about and love.

Taco de Paco - Delicious tacos are right outside gift-wrapped in a bright orange truck. Taco de Paco delivers great food all over Baton Rouge.
The Cuban Connection - One of our late 2011 additions to the food truck explosion in Baton Rouge is the Cuban Connection serving hot pressed Cuban style sandwiches.
