While walking with my daughter out in the courtyard area(I guess that's what they call it) at the Mall of Louisiana we came upon this location of Menchies. I've heard not great things about Menchies in the past but this place looked pretty awesome from where I was standing. Lots of outdoor tables and umbrellas and a sweet corner spot made it very inviting.

Walking in is what you'd expect to see from a frozen yogurt shop. The back wall has 6 or so machines with a standard issue set of frozen yogurt options. I was very happy with the choices on toppings because they had a lot of fruit options. For me fruit toppings is where it's at on frozen yogurt shops. The yogurt was very good and just the right consistency. My daughter loved all the great blackberry and cherry toppings we got. The staff was nice and helpful to me. They handed me spoons, napkins and a sticker for the baby seeing I had my hands full. Considerate. It was a good experience and we'll be going back.
