This excellent establishment is a newcomer to Baton Rouge from Covington, Louisiana. Another example of great New Orleans restaurants reaching out to Baton Rouge. They make all their own ingredients and have a wide variety of paninis, pasta, calzones, pizza and desserts. Much of their food as a Mediterranian flair beyond the Italian. It's very unique and great.

My wife went wide eyed when we ordered one of their pizzas. The ingredients were all delicious, fresh and tasty. Completely unlike any other in Baton Rouge and worth multiple visits. Try it.
